EVO X Rebuild

To start out, the transmission is disassembled and inspected

Next the case is hot tanked overnight and bead blasted

All parts are then cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner and inspected with more detail

The following list of parts are then replaced, including but not limited to:

1st Gear Synchro

2nd Gear Synchro

1-2 Gear Slider

3rd Gear Synchro

4th Gear Synchro

3-4 Gear Slider

3-4 Shift Fork

5th Gear Synchro

5th Gear Slider

Reverse Gear Synchro

Input Shaft Oil Seal

Output Shaft Oil Seal

Upgraded 5th / Reverse Shift Rail Clips

Options

Options to Replace The Final Drive -- $850

Center Diff Modification -- $150

This rebuild will correct any shifting issues as long as all gears are still in good shape. This is a basic rebuild meant for at or slightly above stock power levels. The build will also add to the reliability and longevity.
